This painting is part of my BIRDY WARE line. Made by artist, Cat Manolis, all of the pieces feature hand-drawn and hand-painted detailed and extremely colorful birds as the main image. The multi-colored Tanager was hand drawn and then painted in acrylic on a 12" x 12" gallery wood panel, making framing possible but unnecessary. This is a mixed media piece, the background is made up of blended acrylic paints and colored and patterned fabric shapes. Mounted with D rings and wire, it is ready to hang!
